Service Technician - HVAC

Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work start and end time: 8A - 5P Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Qualifications for this position:

• 5+ years of experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices

Install Technician - HVAC

HVAC Apprentice

Position Summary: To provide HVAC system installations according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work start and end time: 8A - 5P Monday through Friday (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Employment Type:Part time to full time

Pay Scale: $15 - $20 per hour

Qualifications:

• The candidate must be enrolled in HVAC training program or recently completed a minimum of 1 year training in HVAC.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record is required.
• Must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
• Must be flexible, able to multi-task and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Installation of Ducts
• Installation and change-outs of ductwork on both commercial and residential
• Responsible for assisting in assembling, installing, servicing and repairing customer heating, air conditioning and other HVAC equipment
• Responsible for assisting in performing maintenance tune ups for customer cooling and heating equipment
• Knows how to solder and braze and is familiar with installation of HVAC Installing hangers
• Should have a strong command of both simple and complex math and measuring
• Must be physically fit enough to work for long periods of time in crawlspaces, wall voids and attics in hot or cold weather
• Assist in changing thermostats, evaporator coils, compressors
• Wash company installation truck and maintain supplies
• Organize supplies and tools for install crew
• Candidates should have a flexible schedule and being able to report to a job site on short notice if needed is a plus

HVAC Administrative Assistant

At Temperature Solutions Air Conditioning and Heating we strive to offer the newest technology in residential HVAC while providing “old-school” customer service. Our work environment is team goal oriented with a casual, family atmosphere.

About the role:

The HVAC Administrative Assistant is a full-time hourly position working in an office. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Our office is in Kemah, Texas. Our office attire is business casual with company shirts provided. This position will report to the Business Manager/Owners and work closely with Dispatcher and technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Receive visitors and co-workers with proper hospitality
• Assist Business Manager
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks
• Maintain and stock refreshments
• Assist with marketing when requested
• Receive and enter invoices
• Processing permits
• Processing warranty claims
• Scheduling customer appointments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration and customer service
• Proficient with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
